A complete UI overhaul in an attempt to recreate the old fullscreen "Velious" user interface.
This is the first Beta, it still has some graphical work to be done.
Installation:
Unzip to the UIFILES sub-directory in your EverQuest directory, in-game type /loadskin soesvelious
