No update needed... only thing I did was make the 11/12 spell slots the default now.

You need to alter the end of the file, of the Screen item window, say Border=true, instead of false, AND sizable=true, instead of false...if you absolutely need to move the window.

If there is no border, you won't be able to see a cursor handle.
If the window is set not to be sizable, then... it won't be sizable in-game.

Yeah, having same problem, but it's not that the window is locked, it's that there is no anchor available to drag the window around with. I have been switching back and for between a different UI and this one to try to figure out where I want to place the window, but it's getting annoying. I am about to start digging through the XML and figure out how to create an anchor lol

Updated to fix the unmovable buff windows problem. You can now move it ingame correctly as it did normally.

For other windows
If you really want to move the windows around you can either:

a) Screenshot your game and exit EQ. Open up your UI INI file and locate each section of the windows you want to move. Change the X and Y coordinates that matches your resolution, to the number you want. To alter these numbers, I usually load up your graphic program and note how many pixels I need to move it to where I want it, and change the X and Y accordingly. VERY time consuming, hense is why I dont do these types of UI huds anymore.

b) Do a /loadskin in the game, keep your layout, loading the default UI. Move the window you want to where you want... sorta blindly... and /loadskin back the UI again.

c) Open up the XML file, and at the very end, look for Style_Border tags. Change it from false to true. /loadskin the UI, unlock the window, and move it. Go back to the XML and change it back to false, /loadskin the UI again.

Pain in the butt huh.

Data points

The only thing i've noticed is that after I made some slight adjustment to the positioning of the windows to match my resolution. I can't move the plr/pet/buff/clk box around and when I log out and log back in, my compass window moves lol. I can't get to to stay where i can see the compass, it moves to the left some. the bar still crosses the screen but i just can't see the compass anymore. Again this only happens when I log on and back in. I verified that it does this on 3 different machines as well. Just some data points for you. Thanks
