I am having trouble seeing new items with this UI, the new 75 symbols show up as necklaces and so do alot of new items in game. I have tried copying all the drag items from default and putting them in the folder but it doesnt seem to do anything.

I posted the spell cast window. It looks like hell at the moment. It *WORKS* but not a lot else.


I promise I'll pretty it up and upload a new full file, but I'm under pressure to get my toon to 80 so am spending my time on that.

Slightly smaller and bottom left makes sense. Perhaps shrink the spell book icon a touch as well to give some extra room?

SOF Doesnt REQUIRE new files. (it should run fine post-launch though you may get an error saying its not compatible, it will run)

You should already have the full 25 buff slots available, and the additional potion belt. The loot window (and the new Loot All) pulls from the default anyway, so that isnt needed.

However, to access the new spell gem, you will need an update. I'll post one asap. (I'm having some formating problems-- specifically where to put the darn thing.) Unfortunatly 10 spell gems doesnt fit neatly into the window the way I'd like.

I dont want to eliminate the casting timer (or even move it for that matter) I might shrink it and put the 10th on the bottom left.. I'm still considering. If anyone has ideas, let me know.

I have a spell cast window that has the additional gem but it is a bit dodgy. (graphics are off and have wierd lines in it.) I'll post that as a 'additional file' when I get home tonight if you absolutly must have that 10th spell gem.

quick and dirty to fix everything except the buff window:

be OFF the character you're modifying

go into UI_<character>_<server>.ini

Delete all non-chat window references to Height & Width (not the restores)

edit:I'm still working on a fix for the EQUI_Buffwindow.xml file I'm still not 100% why its behaving as is. I'll get a fix to you as soon as I have it.

Renaming EQUI_Buffwindow.XML to EQUI_Buffwindow.xm_ will allow you to run with everything except the buffwindow and that will use default but keep the current icons.

Ok this one is beyond temp fixes.

The buff window and pet window all messed up. I was able to resize the buff window in default, but the spell names are being moved one buff to the right so i have to make sure I know what ones im clicking by graphics and holding mouse over.

Would love this to be fully update w/ today's patch.

actually this isnt a hard fix just load default ui and play with the window size and click back to mavs then keep doing it till its correct

Well, the usual "delete the equi_itemdisplay.xml" trick didn't work. The UI works well as is except for buffs along the top dont' work and you're left with only showing 6 buffs ina semi vertical mess

Anyone know which file to temporarily delete to get this working?

noticed that myself. I'll be putting out a tweak or two. (restoring the graphics to the inventory window, putting the bandolier window back in.)
