Geddine's song window (mini)

Description

UPDATED for Shadow of Fear.

This is an updated version of Geddine's buff window and short duration buff window which I have used for a long time. It displays buff slot numbers and buff descriptions, and it's also easy to tell if it's a beneficial or detrimental spell effect. This version is much smaller than the original Geddine buff window.

It supports up to 42 buff slots. (The screenshot here shows only 25 because I have not updated the screenshot, but it now extends to 42.)

I took Geddine's buff windows and made them much smaller.

The song window is actually not much smaller than the one in Geddine's buff/song window (Small version), but the buff window is.

BuffWindow can hold up to 42 buffs.
BuffWindow and ShortDurationBuffWindow can now be re-sized. However, if you reduce the width too far it will not show the buffs.

NOTE: It is not necessary to use the EQUI_Animations.xml file if you don't mind the newer (default) icons. The EQUI_Animations.xml file is designed for my full UI. If you are having problems you might have to remove it.

Thanks for the complement.

As for increasing the text length, I'm not sure how easy (or possible) that is. I'm afraid that I make this UI mostly for myself and just offer it for others. So it is possible but unlikely that I will make many changes unless I feel it is something I want on my UI.

I'll keep your suggestion in mind, however.

Is there a way to make the text length a little longer? I like to have the Rk II or III displayed, otherwise I prefer your mod over any of the others, its nice and tiny. Thanks!

Just wanted to let you know,
The "mini" song window is huge, the text is huge, and the buff texture only goes half way across the window to where the 1,2,3,4 etc. is. The buff window however is actually mini and functioning properly. Surprised no one else has noticed. Maybe they don't care. I can deal with it for the time being, but would love a fix. I don't usually use the animations file, but i loaded it just to make sure that wasn't the issue. It is also broken in some way, not sure what but the spell gems etc are all messed up.

Yes ... Eq3boxing told me how to fix it .... had to add a section from the "small" version to the "mini" version.

P.S. I see in the past it wasn't working for you and I said I might try to get around to looking at it. I didn't but I'm assuming that it was working until yesterday's patch for you. So it should work now with this new version, I hope.

Please please please help me with this. I do so much Love this UI piece and would love to see it in Full Action

Actually, I'm not Geddine, I just stole his UI and have adjusted and updated it.

I'm Cudya (a/k/a Fanra).

I'll take a look at your detailed description and see if I can help. Just to mention, I use my full UI which is here: http://www.eqinterface.com/download...nfo.php?id=5945

This UI piece is just something I put up for people who just want the buff windows part. As a result, I'm limited in how much support I can offer, since I use the whole thing and just using these pieces is different then using the whole thing.

My UI is an "old default" type, which is why you are getting the old look on the spell gems. You might be able to not use the EQUI_Animations.xml and have it work, but, again, I run my UI with all pieces.

I'll try to see if I can help you.

P.S. I see someone has helped you in your posting there. I'll have to look at what they said would fix it and see if my EQUI_Animations.xml is bugged.
