Hi ,
This target will look like the default settings unless you download my Borders and Backgrounds Package.
It has 55 numbered debuff slots.(as far as I can tell this is the maximum)
It is only movable by re-sizing the window till you have it where you want it.
It has the Health of target's target
It has the secondary aggro name and their % value of hate and your own % hate value.
