Just a heads up:
I do have it updated for the changes from the 6/20/18 patch, however I want to verify everything is working correctly on live (no last minute changes from Test) before I post it, and the patch is running long today. Thus, I may not have it posted until tomorrow if EQ doesn't come up before I go to bed.

I like this ui, its similar to EVO 3. My question is does everything have to be blue? Can it be changed to black? If so , how?

You need to unzip it into your Everquest\uifiles folder then load it from inside EQ.
Make sure you don't have double folders. It should be Everquest\uifiles\Blue and then all the files. If you see Everquest\uifiles\Blue\Blue then it is wrong.

Uh, maybe?
I can look at it, but I have no idea what functions are available there. Some of the EQTypes don't exist over there I'm sure.

RoS Update
I hope all is well. There have been a few updates since your last one. Here is what I have in my UIErrors log file.
Error: Could not find child CSPW_Spell12 in window CastSpellWnd
Error: Could not find child CSPW_Spell13 in window CastSpellWnd
Fixed these by copying the CastSpellWnd from SparxxUI
Error: Could not find child MW_ItemNameInput in window MerchantWnd
Error: Could not find child MW_SearchItem_Button in window MerchantWnd
Error: Could not find child MW_Buy_MarketPlace_Button in window MerchantWnd
Error: Could not find child MW_Adventure_Button in window MerchantWnd
Error: Could not find child MW_Current_Currency_Label in window MerchantWnd
Error: Could not find child MW_ButtonTemplate in window MerchantWnd
I have these all fixed - minus seeing the available currency when selecting an item on a vendor.
Thu Jan 04 01:53:56 2018] Error: Could not find child IDW_PrintRealEstateItems in window ItemDisplayWindow
(no longer seeing this error in my UIError log file)
-Edit-
Posted a patch with all the changed files.
Thanks.

I have added an add-on that contains the old spell icons.
Additionally, I have added another that contains a version of the Hotbar window that does not contain the Mini-Inventory attached to Hotbar 1.
NOTE: In the future I will include these in the main download, at which point I may remove the individual downloadsto keep the clutter down.

Thanks again

I once looted an entire raid chest by accident because I had No Drop confirmation disabled...I was able to petition and get the items moved to the proper people, but I swore I would remove the loot all button from my UI so there wasn't a repeat, lol. That's why it is missing.
To fix it, open EQUI_LootWnd.xml, find:
Code:
<Button item="LW_LootAllButton">
<ScreenID>LootAllButton</ScreenID>
<!--<Font>3</Font>-->
<RelativePosition>true</RelativePosition>
<AutoStretch>true</AutoStretch>
<LeftAnchorOffset>0</LeftAnchorOffset>
<TopAnchorOffset>0</TopAnchorOffset>
<RightAnchorOffset>0</RightAnchorOffset>
<BottomAnchorOffset>0</BottomAnchorOffset>
<RightAnchorToLeft>false</RightAnchorToLeft>
<BottomAnchorToTop>false</BottomAnchorToTop>
<TopAnchorToTop>false</TopAnchorToTop>
<Style_Transparent>false</Style_Transparent>
<!--<TooltipReference/>-->
<Style_Checkbox>false</Style_Checkbox>
<!--<RadioGroup/>-->
<Text>Loot All</Text>
<TextColor>
<R>255</R>
<G>255</G>
<B>255</B>
</TextColor>
<Template>BDT_BigNormal</Template>
</Button>
Change to:
Code:
<Button item="LW_LootAllButton">
<ScreenID>LootAllButton</ScreenID>
<!--<Font>3</Font>-->
<RelativePosition>true</RelativePosition>
<AutoStretch>true</AutoStretch>
<LeftAnchorOffset>2</LeftAnchorOffset>
<TopAnchorOffset>52</TopAnchorOffset>
<RightAnchorOffset>2</RightAnchorOffset>
<BottomAnchorOffset>28</BottomAnchorOffset>
<RightAnchorToLeft>false</RightAnchorToLeft>
<BottomAnchorToTop>false</BottomAnchorToTop>
<TopAnchorToTop>false</TopAnchorToTop>
<Style_Transparent>false</Style_Transparent>
<!--<TooltipReference/>-->
<Style_Checkbox>false</Style_Checkbox>
<!--<RadioGroup/>-->
<Text>Loot All</Text>
<TextColor>
<R>255</R>
<G>255</G>
<B>255</B>
</TextColor>
<Template>BDT_BigNormal</Template>
</Button>
