i took out the endurance bars to make this one smaller... its nothing fancy, just functional

this is a mod from Oper's UI (an uber VZ cleric and UI maker from long ago). if his stuff is still on this site its several expansions behind and i think this qualifies as new

but thank you Oper for the original!

UPDATED: Fixed a small bug that made self mana bar not work right if someone without mana was in second group slot.
