This is a fixed version of a window that Tellgar modded a little while back. It has all 9 slots and uses small icons and has a working spellbook button.

The theme is set to the same color and style as the default SOE UI settings. Works on either right or left side.

Just drop it in your custom UI folder and let it overwrite your current one to use.
