My own Targeting ring based off of Manamven's Atrum Legio Target Ring. Please bear with me, I'm still working on the behavior of the ring itself.
To install the ring, unzip the file and copy (or move) its contents to "C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\uifiles\default". replace "default" with whatever your current UI is. Be sure to replace the "targetindicator.ini" file in your UI with the new one, or it won't work.
