This is just an altered version of one of the other UF spell bars that are on this site. The name eludes me for the moment, sorry for not giving proper credit. I removed the numbers and added the default spell book at the bottom, this at the cost of not being able to click directly at the spell icons (clicking at the spell names works just fine though). I made it sizable, which can be a slight nuisance, since I had to resize it to the place I wanted it to be (I couldn't find where to grab it to move it). I want it to be resizable for various reasons. It works w 8-12 spells, but looks rather crappy if you don't have 12.
I did this for myself only, but decided to put it up here anyway if by chance someone would like to use it. This is why I haven't done all the tuning on the functionality of it.
