Added a Target of Target bar and Group Leader Experience bar. You must run Delta 4 in 1280x1024 to use this.

The GL exp bar is always visible, but the Target of Target bar only appears if you are in a group or raid where the leader has the AA. No more need to use the hotkey to bring this feature up.
