Added the CursorAttachment.xml to the zip file. This fixes items attached to the pointer so that they can be seen.

This is a weapon, Weighty Polearm, from inside EverQuest I turned into a pointer.
The quality and contrast of this pointer make it very easy to see; while the detailing makes it eye catching. The fine tip gives it good accuracy for selecting items.
