EQ button, not much to look at, but it works now

Description

It looks like SoE moved a few pieces out of the EQ button and into the animations file where they belong. Unfortunately that caused duplicates for anybody with a custom EQ button so they needed taking out.

That looks to be the major problem with the UI, although I'm sure there will be a few bugs cropping up over the next few days.
