Updated for the new /con structure in TSS. The reverse-image thing that happened with the June 15th patch has also been fixed. As for when it will again be able to spin, that's up to SOE.

Wow! Seeq you are THE BOMB! I love this target ring you made for us!  I have used it for a while and just realized when browsing the 'My Favorites" folder I have on this site, that it was made by SEEQ!! YAAAY! Way to go Hun, you did a great job!!
