An upgraded version of the Techa Targeting Reticle, using qualities from both the original and V.2.
The grid part that is green in the screenshot changes colors according to your target's difficulty, while the rest of the reticle remains the same. Like the others, this reticle is static.

TSS update
can someone fix this one for TSS compatability? me liek it and used it for long time, not having it sucky sucky
(i'm slap happy while writing this cuz it took me this damn long to find this one again)
