This is an updated version of "Castspell-4x2" for Vert 2.7
with the 9th spell gem included for 09/14 OoW update.
09/20 - Fixed a problem with the placement of the Casting Gauge.

No spell book icon
Be nice if the spell book icon was on this so we could mem / save /delete spell sets. Otherwise this is a great UI
