Modified version emil of 2.0 Target Window.

The white blob on the upper right hand corner is accualy my sloppy attempt to make the con color circle thingie go there without making it suddenly poka dot my wholewindow. If anyone can fix it to normal, plz do as I suck. Also can't get rid of that annoying white line at the top boarder.

If you load this and discover the window is too narrow or too short, load default, stretch out or stetch inwards (depending on your situation) the default target window to whatever works for your ui desires, then reload your preferred ui again. This should fix it as i discovered this issue on my cleric who had different size settings for the window.

Can a mod slap this into the correct pieces section? I have no idea how it ended up in the group window section when it's a target window.
