Target window that you can make practically as large or as small as you want. The image I have included may seem a little funny, but it more there to show the possibilities. Included as well is the targets percentage health, bound to the right side.

For those of you purists, I have included a few Ui2DAnimations and a WindowDrawTemplate that you will want to move to the appropriate files. However by including them in the EQUI_TargetWindow.xml, it means you don't have to change any other files to use it.
