Just from looking at the pic it looks like the border is turned off, that could be the reason why you can't move it. I have had that problem with a few other windows I tried to do that with.

If you change that to "true" you should be able to move it around then. It may squeeze the right and bottom sides a little but it doesn't look like it will matter. Oh if your still in-game when you change it you will have to /loadskin your UI again to see the changes

I'm so disappointed that atm my graphics are hosed on EQ and I can't play again til I get my new system (believe me I've tried to fix it and have had no luck - even tried things I didn't think would work at all). But thanks for updating it...I love that Inventory window.
