This window is fully resizeable in all directions. The buffs have been reduced in size by about 2/3 normal size, and everything got smooshed together more to make it smaller!

This is a companion to my OTHER target window that does not have buffs and is not resizeable, thus can be dragged around easily.

Since this window has no title bar, and is resizeable, to move the window, you drag one edge to where you want it, and then drag the following edge to position it.
