Box Spell Bar

This spell bar was originally made for 800600uib.2

Didn't shrink any of the spell icons this time..just made the spell bar more like, the only way I can think to discribe it a box..(please look at image to see what I mean)

Spell book button was made smaller, and placed in the middle of the spell bar
