Update: 01/24/2010 - Reduced some of the widths so that the title could work with my target buff window when it is resized as a narrow vertical strip. The minimum width is now 28. Changed the name to WDT_TransparentTitle in keeping with the naming convention of other window draw templates. Added a readme file.

I created a transparent title and border so that my target buff window and pet window could be moved without resizing.

Usage for full transparency:

Note, the zip file does include an EQUI.xml file so if you already use one, do not extract directly into your custom UI folder. Instead add <Include>EQUI_Sunaeri.xml</Include> to the composite tag of your existing EQUI.xml.
