These are the targeting rings from Tablets UI.. I ripped them out for any one to use..
Since my gifs were converted to jpgs (hence no longer animated).
The Target Ring Spins and the assist ring flashes..
It will add 3 folders to your Interface:
Copy the contents of theses folders into your main UI folder to get different effects..
"All Static" No spinning for target or no flashing for assist..
"Spinning Target - Static Assist" No flashing for assist..
"Static Target - Blinking Assist" No spinnging for target..
Install Instructions..
Before loading everquest.. Copy the contents of the zip file into your favorite UI folder..

These do work. The .ini in the first folder with all the .tga files is not set up for those rings.
What you need to do is look in the sub folders. pick the one you want. (static/spinning/blinking) and put that TargetIndicator.ini file in your custom UI. (over write the one there)

pulsing
Is there anyway to get rid of that "pulsing" that goes off?
