It has 4 additional tabs (bags/head/arms/body) for immediate access to all inventory slots.
It uses your existing UI's graphics, assuming your existing UI modifies the standard UI buttons, backgrounds, etc.

These hotbutton bars look vertical to me, not horizontal...

Reverse Order
This is a great hotbutton UI, but would be nice if the Hotbuttons could be on the right and the Invenvtory section on the left.
