UI ready for testing
Basically everything is done with the exceptions of:
Inventory window doesn't show the tabs for evolving items or shroud progression.
Hotkey windows
I am working on this as time permits - but the UI is as far as i can test fully functional. I am going to make the files available for download and would appreciate people using and testing em and posting corrections needed here.
I made 2 versions - 1 with the vvmibf animated target rings - about a 16meg download -- the other is just the UI -- about 1.5 meg.

Installation instructions
Installation is same for both.
1. Download the zip file
2. Using your preferred unzip program:
either --
1. unzip the file to your eq UI files directory
2. unzip the files to a directory of your choice and copy them to the eq UI files directory.
These files must remain intact as a seperate folder in your uifiles directory
-- if done correctly there will be a new folder called tking in you ui file directory.
Once you have verified that this folder exists:
1: Log on
2: type /loadskin
3: highlight the tking folder ( if u dont see it - then u did something wrong)
4: click the loadskin button
5: U will get a red letter warning about xml file not compatable with the new eq - dont worry about this -- that is about the tab buttons on evolving items and shroud progression. I'm working on geting those added but inventory window is a HUGE xml.
6: Hot buttons will remain as u have em set - I aint even started on those - that's gonna be a huge headache.
7: any help in testing would be appreciated -- I cant single test all the little things need be done -- post here
