Mini - Give
-------------
Resized and reformatted the give window to have the 2 columns of 2 items to give side by side. Put the 4 types of coin to give along side that. Resized the font and size of the give/cancel buttons. Much smaller than the ugly default version... short and fat rather than tall and skinny.

Also of note, the P/G/S/C labels on the coins are not part of this window and will not been seen when you install it. I was playing around with tga's back when this window was created hence the ugly screenshot.
