A simple little target box that I like to use for my newb rolls.

Since I dont really like to look all over the screen when im fighting a mob I put the player health gauge in with the target window. For me it helps me keep an eye more on my toon and look for adds.

It is just a mod of the EQUI_TargetWindow.xml file.
All the mods are commented, and there are a few comments about making changes if you are new to making mods like I am
