Ive been working with getting the target ring to move and manipulated the default Targetting ring that SOE provides.

It spins and swirls inwards (you have to see it to understand properly). The UI is bold to show up better on the ground then the default but not so gaudy and bright that it makes you wanna vomit. All my friends use this so im sure others will as well!

I do not have PoR, but i worked with the default files provided by SOE, so there shouldnt be any issues w/ compatibility. If so, just let me know
