Update - 1/24/2010: Applied my transparent title so that this can be moved by dragging the titlebar.
This is a simple, resizable target window that only displays the buffs and the con color. The value of this is that it can be sized as a long vertical strip. The target and HoTT info is in my player window.

Note, the zip file does include an
EQUI.xml file so if you already use one, do not extract directly into your custom UI folder. Instead add <Include>EQUI_Sunaeri.xml</Include> to the composite tag of your existing EQUI.xml.
