A new celtic ring i whipped up. The others i've done seemed to be pretty popular for others to mod for thier rings so i thought i'd give you guys a new one to play with.
Feel free to use / edit any way you like as long as you give credit for the original.
**Update** Reworked the files to make it stand out a bit more. Much better depth and a bolder look now.

helps!
omg I can't get it to work with the ui! I just open it and move it to my ui and reload ui and still the old target window always there.
I really like this!~ Is there anyway to get it up to date for use in the uis of today? like say 2006 usable? pls pls =(
