1600x1200 with Mana/Fatigue in Player Window(borderless)

This is the bordered version of phatm. It's only to allow you to easily move the windows as the real version of phatm doesn't have titles or borders, it's a bit hard to place your windows correctly.
What I do is load the borderled skin, place my windows how I want them, then load the borderless skin and I'm set.
