This is a revamp of my Questers' battle rings. I've adjusted the ring graphic to a more visual textured target ring, and added the new con system.
Features: New improved textured graphic.
Target rings are animated/spinning.
Target ring animation speed varies dependent on con, Slow/Weak, Fast/Strong.
Assist Target Rings are also added.
TSS Con Color Compliant.

First target ring that actually looks like it has ALL THE NEW CON COLORS. WOOT!!! I will be using yours until I can eventually figure out mine again, took me 2.5 days so far to get my UI working, so that is a project for another weekend, time to play.
