Description: I wanted to make an Assist Ring that I recognized, so I created a graphic similar to the selection graphic from overhead games such as Warcraft and Command and Conquer. The Targetting Ring is based heavily off of the Advanced Targetting Reticle (credit to the original author). I changed the consider colors to be a bit more contrasting, IMHO.
