Description: The spell bar and icons have been made larger (approx 150%) and given a new background. The included hotbutton window must be used if you plan on dragging spell gems to hotbars, otherwise the icons will not scale properly. Note that the default size for the hotbuttons has been increased, so you may want to change the button size.
