seems the ldon patch messed up these to mods as well and was wondering if theres a patch or 2 for these yet?
they are infinium and infiniti

After 13 months of playing with the default UI, I finally got brave 2 days ago and installed Infiniti. Just getting used to it then whammo. This is my first time using a custom UI, are the patches for the UI's usually posted within a few days or is there some minor coding that needs to be done to the files?

i cant get infiti to load iether, i got used to it over the past 3 months its awsome now this patch screwed it up.. i tried 5 other onse but they too cant be loaded... can anyone fix infiniti and post a link or something? updating each of the .xml files is just more tedious work from eq.... i still dont understand how to do it and dont want to try... or can you post a Working UI ? i really cant stand this default one.

I luve this UI .. So waiting on a fix for it.. been using for a while now and can not see myself using anything else hehe..

So if someone could post a reply how to fix it or what needs to be done I do it. TIA

Working on a fix as we speak although mine is a lil modified of this UI. I havent seen mutch of updates or i might have missed them, anyhow ill post what i can when i get around one hickup

I used the fix posted in the patch section, i had to modify the animiations.xml file and it seems to have worked. take a look there and good luck


and if the creator of this mod stops by, i am another fan i love it and thanks for shareing it with us

This is my custom Infi but you can sue it ... works now
 

Here is my version of INfi .... i had a hard time finding new releases and such so i modified it to suit me. You might like it. Only things i changed are the buffs and size etc.

Aye, the edits in the patch section appear to fix all the infiniti UI's... which is a good thing because the default UI makes me want to run away and hide...

That's weird... I logged in last night and found no errors... my infinity2 UI loaded fine. =\

I have made significant changes to it... but if anything the changes should have made the problem worse. I made several more changes to the animations file and changed the templates file, yet mine still works without errors.

I know there have been some changes, and I have made the changes needed for my files... but I hadn't added them to my UI folder yet. I logged in with the old files just to see what would happen.... and got no errors.

Could someone who is unable to load the infinity UI please post their UIerrors.txt file?

EDIT **oops. think i misunderstood... sorry.**

I'm thinking that the problems are coming from some people having older versions of the UI that are not updated for previous patches (most likely the 5/14 or the 8/26). I just wanted to see a uierrors.txt so I could help them pin it down.

I guess if I had to give advice to everyone having problems... remove that folder and re-download the infinity UI from the new versions that Infinity9 posted on 8/28. That should at least get your UI back up and running. Then make the changes listed in yesterday's patch thread.

well i tried the edit for the files and none of them worked well last night they did'nt until i got the guys redid version of the infinity but what i was wondering can anyone make the buff window moveable even though its totally clear cause i tried and all it does was resize the blasted thing!

I tired to go in and fix the files.. but seems I mess it up worse or I am not doing it right. Still trying though. Thanks for all the help

I tried downloading inf RD but that did not work. Is there a change I need to make in that one too ?
