This is currently only for test. This change hadn't hit live yet. Just drop this in the folder to get all flavors of Quartz RE and QRL working again...will release new issues when have all bugs ironed out.

Old Chat windows restored

I finally got the old chat windows restored. If you switched to tabbed you may have to reset all your windows. There is a new folder in the mods folder with both the old chat windows(default in UI's) and a new tabbed window.
