Can Somebody Update This Please?

I have tried to learn XML, but it escapes me. I did pretty well with HTML back in the day (Netscape anyone?) and I thought I could tackle this. Anyways, it seems to work fine, but returns error codes. I dug around but cannot find the error log file. Bringing this up to date would be greatly appreciated.
