"Notes" file
 

I really think we should have a "Notes" window so it's actually possible to read what I've put into the file using /note <blahblahblah>.

It should be able to be read by using the "Help" window by having a link to the file... I suppose the only problems are:

1. I know absolutely nothing about HTML.
2. It would be preferred if I could actually read the note file right after sticking something in it (rather then having to make a special HTML-version of the file that would have to be changed outside of EQ everytime I added some note). :nana:

I thought VI finally added this. There is a NoteWindow.xml file.

Should be in the UI now. The command to bring it up, no clue when I hadn't been playing EQ to the point to require the /notes window.

As far as I know, the notes window is just for reading the various documents in the game. You know, like newspapers and books and stuff.

Oh yeah .. I think you're right. Maybe it was just a rumor I herd. Somebody looking at the UI files and spouting "We finally get an ingame window for notes!"
