Delta Fazor UI

after the last patch.. I now have the words Unkown Spell in all my Short term spell buff spots and bard songs..when a real spell or song hits it replaces the Unknown Spell with the real spell name. When it fades the Unknown Spell is gone but comes back when I zone.. any clues ? I noticed this on 3-18-08
