/load validation without entering game
 

A request for Verant would be an executable utility that could validate XML without having to enter the game environment.

I'm not talking about how windows layout. I'm talking about that there is someprocess used to validate the XML mods during the /load event and if errors are found, it is written out to the ui errrors text file. Its that process that I would like to see made into its own tiny utility application.

And I certainly dont want to suggest that someone other than Verant provide this tool. Although I'm sure there are talented people who could probably create such a tool.
