Chat Windows
 

I have to say your UI is the most functional I have ever used. I am a loyal user of your UI. I have one problem though and have not been able to figure it out.

The chat windows: some of them are adjustable on all sides and some are adjustable only on two sides. I have "Unlocked" them and still no go. I have created new windows and still no go. Any help here would be great as I use the heck out of chat windows. Your help is greatly appreciated
