UI thats usable in 4k resolution

is there a way to make the default UI large enought to actualy see it in 4k resolution or any UI around thats designed with 4k resolution in mind?

get ui pieces and move them around/resize them to fit.

i doubt there's many 4K ui's, because, well, not many folks have 4k displays
