how can i insert an image in a post ? :o

At the bottom of where you type your message is an option to "manage attachments". Click on that. Browse through to the screenshot of your UI. Upload it. After it is uploaded, you can then either leave it that way, as an attachment, or you can edit your message to actually show the image as well, by typing [ img ]attachment link[ /img ] without the spaces inside the brackets.
