Target indicator
 

Ok I have a semi working target indicator that looks like a fire aura pulsating from the outside to the center I just edited the default tga file eq uses. The problem I have is I can't seem to move the assist ring outside of the pulsating effect or above it (which would be Ideal) I have tried to change the size of the tga then paste it back onto the same size file with a black background and leave black on the outside portion but it still seems to pulsate to the same place. I can't make it readable which is the issue it is a ring for my guild Fire and Fury and I would like to put their name in the assist ring./
