The Meaning of a Pentagram

I had made a static one, but couldn't find this thread to post it. I have since erased it :( Oh well!

I'll probably be including one as an option when I release my next UI that I am working on, as it is an extremely common image in Celtic art.

Pentagrams, as I recall, are a symbol of protection.

Wouldn't it be kind of... strange to have a target indicator as a symbol of protection?

...Now, what we REALLY need is to someone make a target indicator in the form of a thaumaturgist's triangle ;)

Will need to include some kind of glyphed writing around the pentagram to give it that extra ummph.
