I've updated Sleek for VOA

it's update well it's functional at least LOL there a few windows like the buff windows that needs be updated will get to them in a week but you have your UI

notable changes that I couldn't help according to the download picture it looks like the inventory slots were around the hotkeys because the hotkeys had a major over haul I could preserver that function (as of on this patch) but give me time if it's important to you I will do what I can to get it back

any comments or what not please post here I could use some feed back for I don't use this UI

one of you sleek users mind PM'ing me your UI_Character_server.ini file so I can have an idea how to setup this UI going put it on one of my characters and use it for that character
