Fix for Akenta Target Window
 

I'm still trying to learn the etiquette of this website. I wasn't really sure where to put the fix to my little used window (but I don't like having something I know is broken with my name on it). I uploaded it the Patches & Addons section, but then I thought maybe I was supposed to post here.

Templates file was the only thing broken this time.

In the future, when I have to fix things, what is the best place(s) to put things?

Apparently the last patch broke my window. I still don't know the proper etiquette of the website, so here's the latest copy of the xml.
