Hotbar UI Text
 

I'm custom modifying my hotbuttons, and in spite of my efforts to make the default font color black by setting the RGB attributes to 0, the color of the text remains white.

Does anyone know if this is programmed in, and unchangeable? Every UI I see has white hotbutton text.
