Looks like todays patch http://eqplayers.station.sony.com/g...date=12/09/2008 has finally broken the quartz 2.3.0. However a big thanks to Halelen whose advice got my Quartz back up and running :) With one exception the Buff window only shows one buff icon then just text. The file listed in the link may help other Quartz users back up and running until the author of Quartz can fix any other errors that maybe appearing :(
