Sparxx UI Issue - Stacked Interface Elements?

So I'm sure I'm doing something wrong...but I've ALWAYS had issues with Custom UIs...

Here's what I do, and what happens...

* Download UI from EQ Interface
* Extract the DL'ed UI into the Everquest\uifiles\SparxxUI directory
* Launch EQ
* Login as character
* Click EQ button, Options, and Load UI Skin
* Choose SparxxUI
* After the loading delay, all the screen interface elements are STACKED one on top of each other...

What am I doing wrong?! See below image that shows what I'm looking at...

Keep in mind...I'm in 1920x1080 resolution and also deleted the UI_Char_Server.ini file before I started any of this - since I assume it'd give me a "fresh" start to avoid these problems...

There is your problem. The default window positions for SparxxUI are exactly where your screenshot shows they are supposed to be. I made the default starting position in the center of the screen so none of the windows would off of the screen.

You will have to move all of the windows around to where you want them.

That's what I wanted to know because I thought I was losing my mind! :nana:

I can get the UI to work but if I zone (sometimes) I crash. when I camp I client crash and have to start things all over again or it won't even load
Any help would be appreciated
